California: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information & Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

We put your privacy first.

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively “CCPA”) gives California residents the right to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to “third parties,” the “sharing” of their personal information in the context of behavioral advertising, and to limit the use of your “sensitive personal information” (as those terms are defined in the CCPA). This may include Korn Ferry’s disclosure of your information with our clients for certain services.  The opt-out right has certain exemptions, for example our sharing of information with necessary services providers will be unaffected, and an opt-out request will not affect Korn Ferry services where there is no “sale” of personal information.

If you are a California resident, you may exercise these rights by filling out the form here and submitting it to or by calling our toll free number 1-888-508-CCPA (1-888-508-2272). Whether submitting the form or calling, please specially indicate that you are exercising your right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information or limit the use of your sensitive personal information. This will help us honor your request.
